Marty Santalucia brings 20 years of political experience to his role as principal of MFStrategies, a firm dedicated to helping candidates and causes make a meaningful impact by connecting them with like-minded supporters nationwide.

Since founding the company in 2015, Marty has focused on providing expert guidance to candidates up and down the ballot, ensuring that every race receives the strategic expertise typically only accessible to larger organizations.

Marty began his career in field eventually serving as Field Director and senior staff for former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s historic 2014 campaign before transitioning into finance, where he has since raised tens of millions of dollars for candidates across the country. He has worked with a diverse range of clients—from challengers ensuring voters have a choice to rising stars within the Democratic Party—delivering data-driven, results-oriented campaign strategies.

Marty is known for his insightful approach to program management, offering clients detailed, actionable intelligence on where they stand and how to navigate obstacles. He thrives in environments where data, strategy, and communication intersect, ensuring that his clients are not only meeting their goals but exceeding them.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Political Science, Marty has been recognized with multiple Politics PA “30 Under 30” awards and has been featured on The REWORK Podcast by 37Signals for his expertise in political strategy. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their cat in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
