General Terms
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and/or using the services, digital products, and/or training materials provided by MFStrategies, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and policies.
Usage Rights
The digital products are for use only by the purchaser and their affiliated organization.
Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of our digital products is strictly prohibited.
Reproducing or distributing any content without written permission is a violation of copyright laws.
Intellectual Property
The content of all services and products, including documents, templates, and training materials, are the intellectual property of MFStrategies, LLC and are protected by copyright laws.
Payment and Delivery
Full payment must be received by MFStrategies prior to the start of service or delivery of products.
Refunds
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Marty Santalucia at marty@mfstrategies.com
Full refunds are available for all services, digital products, and/or training materials prior to the start of service or delivery. After service has started or a product has been delivered, refer to service/product-specific refund policies.
Refund amounts on discounted services, digital products, and/or training materials will be calculated based on the discounted rate paid by the customer.
Refunds on Bundled Services
Entire Bundle Cancellation: If a customer cancels the entire bundle within 30 days of payment and before availing any of its services, they are refunded the full amount paid for the bundle.
Partial Service Cancellation: If a customer wishes to cancel only a portion of the bundle after having used one or more of the services:
Service and product-specific refund terms still apply to all bundled services.
Refunds for the remaining unused services are calculated based on the discounted bundled rate, not the standalone price.
Repurchase After Cancellation: If a customer cancels a service within a bundle and decides to repurchase that service within 1 year of cancellation, the service must be repurchased at its full standalone rate, regardless of whether other services in the original bundle were utilized or not.
If a customer is no longer continuing their candidacy or organization prior to the completion of all purchased services, refunds (full and partial) may be issued based on individual product terms.
Disclaimers
While we strive to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of our products, we do not guarantee any specific results from using them.
All materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Liability
MFStrategies, LLC will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our services, digital products, training sessions, or training materials. This includes, but is not limited to, any lost profits or incidental damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our products and training sessions for any user who violates these terms.
A customer may terminate service at any point. Refunds will be determined based on product-specific terms.
Work is terminated on the day MFStrategies receives notice of service cancellation. Partial work may be delivered based on practical considerations and client requests.
Modification of terms
MFStrategies reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, modify, add, or remove portions of these service terms at any time without notice. Customers continued use of our services following any changes means that you accept and agree to such changes. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check these service terms to determine if there have been changes and to review such changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the service immediately.
Exceptions
Exceptions to all terms and policies may be made at the discretion of MFStrategies management on a case-by-case basis.
Service and Product-Specific Terms
Staff Hours
Delivery
The hourly rate for staff time will be defined at the point of sale and will remain valid for the duration of the prepaid block.
The total hours purchased will be recorded and time logs will be provided to clients upon request.
Clients can schedule their prepaid hours by contacting their assigned point of contact for MFStrategies.
Refunds
Refunds for unused hours are available within 30 days of payment
After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for unused hours, but the hours can be utilized for up to one year from the payment date.
Prepaid hours are valid for up to one year from the date of payment. After one year, any unused hours will be forfeited.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
By the client
Clients can cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Scheduled hours will be credited back to their account.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the scheduled time, one hour will be deducted from the client’s block as a cancellation fee.
By MFStrategies
In the rare event that we must cancel a session, the client will be notified immediately, and the hours will be credited back to their account. We will make every effort to reschedule at the client’s earliest convenience.
Overages
If a task or project exceeds the prepaid hours, clients will be notified before additional work is done. Clients will have the option to:
Purchase additional hours to complete the task.
Receive a summary or partial completion of the task up to the hours completed.
Pause the task until further hours are purchased.
Clients will not be charged for any overages without prior consent.
Customized Finance Program Document Package
Delivery
After successful payment, the digital products will be delivered electronically to the point of contact email address provided.
Documents are purchased as a package and cannot be purchased individually.
Upon delivery, MFStrategies will schedule a 1-hour training session at the customers’ convenience within 3 months of payment.
Training sessions not scheduled within 3 months of payment, despite best efforts by MFStrategies, will be forfeited.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, upon delivery of the product all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Campaign Training Program
Delivery
All training sessions must be scheduled within 3 months of payment.
If, despite the best efforts of MFStrategies, training sessions are not scheduled within 3 months of payment, unscheduled sessions will be forfeited and not eligible for a refund.
Specific dates and times of training sessions are determined collaboratively between the customer and MFStrategies based on both parties’ availability.
Refunds
Should a customer wish to permanently cancel one or more unscheduled training sessions after at least one session has been completed, a refund equivalent to 20% of the total amount initially paid for the entire series will be provided for each unused session.
Refunds on unused training sessions will be available for up to 30 days after payment.
Sessions not scheduled within 3 months of payment will be forfeited without a refund.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
By the client
Clients can cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the scheduled session, the canceled session will be forfeited. The customer may choose to replace a future session’s content with the canceled session.
By MFStrategies
In the rare event that we must cancel a session, the client will be notified immediately. We will make every effort to reschedule at the client’s earliest convenience.
Technology and Access
Training sessions will be conducted using an online platform. It's the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have a stable internet connection and necessary equipment (e.g., computer, webcam, microphone) to participate.
MFStrategies is not responsible for any technical issues on the customer's end, including but not limited to internet outages, software issues, or hardware malfunctions.
ActBlue Account Set Up
Delivery
Upon payment, MFStrategies will make all reasonable efforts to interface with ActBlue and establish the customer’s account in a timely manner.
The successful establishment of an account is dependent on the accurate provision of necessary information and documents by the customer.
In cases where ActBlue has specific requirements or restrictions, the customer will be informed. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or non-establishment of the account.
Refunds
In the event that MFStrategies is unable to establish an account with ActBlue due to reasons attributable to us, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the service.
If account establishment fails due to the Customer's omission, inaccuracy, or delay in providing necessary information or documentation, no refunds will be granted.
If ActBlue rejects the account establishment for reasons beyond our control and not due to our fault, the Customer may be entitled to a partial refund determined on a case-by-case basis.
Limitations and Liabilities
MFStrategies acts solely as a facilitator in establishing the account with ActBlue. MFStrategies has no control over the final decision made by ActBlue regarding account approval.
MFStratgies will not be responsible or liable for any actions, policies, or decisions of ActBlue.
Under no circumstances will MFStrategies be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
NGP VAN Account Set Up
Delivery
Upon payment, MFStrategies will make all reasonable efforts to interface with NGP VAN and establish the customer’s NGP account in a timely manner.
The successful establishment of an account is dependent on the accurate provision of necessary information and documents by the customer.
In cases where NGP VAN has specific requirements or restrictions, the customer will be informed. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or non-establishment of the account.
Refunds
In the event that MFStrategies is unable to establish an account with NGP VAN due to reasons attributable to us, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the service.
If account establishment fails due to the Customer's omission, inaccuracy, or delay in providing necessary information or documentation, no refunds will be granted.
If NGP VAN rejects the account establishment for reasons beyond our control and not due to our fault, the Customer may be entitled to a partial refund determined on a case-by-case basis.

Network Assessment
Delivery
Successful completion of our Network Assessment program requires a high level of cooperation from the candidate or principal. Specific commitments will vary, but the customer should assume approximately 3 to 5 hours may be required.
MFStrategies may require the candidate or principal to supply personal records such as phone contact lists, address books, professional association directories, etc. MFStrategies will make a best effort to assist in producing/downloading these, however, production of these records will ultimately be the responsibility of the customer.
Specific timelines for delivery of our final report may vary depending on scheduling logistics and candidate/principal material availability.
Refunds
A full refund will be available prior to the first scheduled network assessment session.
A maximum of a 50% refund will be available after work has begun, but prior to delivery of the final network assessment report. Specific refunds available at this point will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will correspond with the amount of work completed to date.
After delivery of the final network assessment report, no refunds will be issued.
Finance Plan Development
Delivery
All terms of the Network Assessment service apply to the relevant work while delivering this service.
Completion and delivery of the Network Assessment service is required for delivery of the Finance Plan
Specific timelines for delivery of our final report may vary depending on scheduling logistics, systems access, and candidate/principal material availability.
Refunds
A full refund will be available prior to the first scheduled network assessment session.
Cancellation of the Network Assessment service will result in the cancellation of the complete Finance Plan Development package. Refunds will be determined based on work completed by the date of cancellation.
A maximum of a 50% refund will be available after work has begun, but prior to delivery of the final finance plan. Specific refunds available at this point will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will correspond with the amount of work completed to date.
Event Coordination
Delivery
Coordination with the customer and relevant external parties (hosts, co-hosts, venue, vendors) will begin immediately upon payment.
While timelines for specific events may vary, a minimum 6 week timeline from start of our service to the event date is recommended.
Customers are expected to provide a full list of invitees for the event.
Refunds
A full refund will be available prior to the first scheduled working/planning session for the event.
All unused funds which were paid to MFStrategies as part of the Event Cost Deposit will be fully refunded within 30 days after the event date along with all receipts and invoices which were filled with the deposit.
A maximum of a 50% refund will be available after work has begun, but prior to the event date. Specific refunds available at this point will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will correspond with the amount of work completed to date.
No refunds for services will be available after the date of the event.
