ERIN WISE

Erin Wise has been with MFStrategies for over 6 years and currently serves as the company’s Chief of Staff. Erin is a seasoned political consultant and advocate with deep roots in Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Centre County, Erin developed an early interest in politics. At the age of 11, Erin volunteered on her first political campaign in Pennsylvania, sparking a passion that would guide her entire career.

A graduate of Penn State University, Erin earned dual degrees in Political Science and Crime, Law, and Justice. After completing her studies in 2011, Erin moved to North Carolina to serve as the Executive Director of the New Voters Project at Appalachian State University; a role aimed at empowering students after challenges created by legislative redistricting.

In 2014, Erin returned to Pennsylvania, focusing on individual campaign work across various races, from district attorneys to judicial, mayoral, and State House contests, honing her skills in rural political organizing and ensuring Democratic success in every community.

In 2019, Erin relocated to Pittsburgh and joined MFStrategies, where she has since played a pivotal role in helping nearly 50 candidates and elected officials reach their full potential in their fundraising and political programs. Her political strategy and finance expertise have made her a trusted partner for campaigns across Pennsylvania and the United States.

Beyond her professional work, Erin is deeply committed to social justice and community service. She volunteers as a digital organizer for mutual aid projects, including Hurricane Helene recovery efforts across rural Appalachia. Erin also lends her skills as a grant writer for local non-profits, continuing her dedication to creating positive change in the world.

Erin can be found in her spare time cheering on the Nittany Lions, exploring everything Pennsylvania has to offer from natural resources to urban centers, and spending time with the true joy of her life, her twin children.
